Return & Refund Policy

At Avellary, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • show no signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • sale items

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • hygiene products (e.g. underwear) if opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • please contact us within 48 hours after delivery

  • send us photos or videos for verification

After confirmation, we will offer you:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped internationally. Delivery usually takes:

  • 5–12 business days within Europe

Delays caused by customs or external factors are beyond our control.
